Without downloading the videos for offline use, you must be connected to the internet to be able to play videos in ALICE.
If you want to be able to play videos in ALICE while offline, please go to Settings (tap the gear icon) then tap on 'Go Offline'. Tap 'Download' to download all the videos. Once you do this, you will be able to play any video in ALICE while not connected to the internet.
When downloading all ALICE videos for offline use, we recommend you be on a Wi-Fi connection so you do not incur any data overages while on a cellular connection without an unlimited data plan.
